Wetting principle

The wetting process of the soldering robot means that the solder wire has melted and flowed around the gap between the bumps and crystals on the surface of the base metal with the help of capillary force, forming an adhesion layer, so that the atoms of the solder and the base metal are close to each other to achieve atomic gravitational energy's effective distance. The surface of the parent metal must be clean and free of oxides or contaminants.


Principle of Diffusion
